Tesix ships via USPS (United Stated Postal Service) and once packages leave our facility we are no longer responsible or aware of handling of package. All mobile devices are shipped with proper insurance and Tesix Sim Kits do not require insurance.
If a package states delivered by USPS and you have not received the package, you will need to call your local post office to get more information. Tesix can only provide you with proper tracking number to help locate package. Tesix will not be responsible for sending a new mobile device, Sim Kit or anything ordered from our website due to lost package. Tesix will not be responsible for providing refunds on lost packages whether Sim Kit or Mobile Device.
