When there are no devices connected to your Netgear Unite (if purchased from Tesix) your device will disconnect itself to save energy.
Simply do the following:
- Unlock your Netgear Unite 770s
- Select "Alerts" on your home screen
- Find the alert that states "Network Disconnected"
- You will see "Connect" in the bottom right hand corner. Press connect and give your device 10 seconds to reconnect to network.
If you are still getting a disconnected error please ensure that your Hotspot billing with Tesix is up to date.
